AI Data Privacy

1. Features and Scope

This notice covers image-to-video generation, video templates, and AI image creation in Zeliro. Inputs and settings depend on the supported feature you select. The website introduces these tools and provides support; it does not run generation in your browser.

Visiting a page does not upload your images or start a generation. A file deliberately sent to support becomes part of that support conversation and is not treated as an instruction to generate media.

2. Information Used for Generation

We use the information needed for the selected feature. A selected-photo workflow does not give the generation service access to every photo in your library.

• The input image you select for a feature that uses an image
• Template choices, supported prompts or creative instructions, and generation settings you provide
• Generated images or videos, previews, task status, timestamps, and creation identifiers needed to deliver and display your result
• Account or session identifiers needed to associate a request with you and administer applicable access or credits
• Limited network, device, app, error, and security information used for delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and support

3. Your Choice and Device Permissions

Generation starts after you choose a supported feature, provide the relevant input or settings, and submit the request in the app. Review the feature explanation and any notice or permission shown before proceeding.

Permission to access a photo library is separate from choosing an image to upload. Manage device permissions in operating-system settings; refusing a needed permission may prevent the related feature from working. Where separate consent is required, general acceptance of terms does not replace it.

Only submit content you have the rights and permissions to use. Avoid unnecessary confidential or sensitive information. You can stop submitting new generation requests and contact support about data already provided.

4. Self-Hosted Processing

Zeliro deploys and operates its own generation environment using self-hosted AI models. Prompts, selected input images, generated media, and related generation context are processed on Zeliro-operated generation servers and are not sent to third-party AI services.

The app connects to those servers over the internet. Self-hosting does not mean offline or entirely on-device processing.

Non-AI operational systems, including marketplaces, hosting and network delivery, security, and support, may separately handle limited information for their ordinary functions as described in the Privacy Policy. Those functions do not authorize third-party AI processing of your generation data.

5. Purposes of Processing

We process generation data to create and return the requested result, provide short-term creation history and re-use, maintain task status, administer applicable access or credits, and investigate a related failure or support issue.

Limited technical information helps secure the service, detect misuse, and maintain reliability. Aggregated or de-identified operational analysis does not authorize training use. Generation processing is limited by the purposes and retention commitments in our privacy notices.

6. No Training of Any AI Model

Zeliro does not use any user data, personal information, prompts, uploaded input images, generated images or videos, support attachments, or other user content to train any AI model. This includes general-purpose AI models and foundation models.

Permission to process content for a requested generation, support, security, or service operation does not authorize that training. Retained account, billing, support, or security records are also covered by this commitment.

7. Photos and Face-Related Safeguards

A selected photo is visual input for your requested image or video feature. It is processed on our generation servers and is not sent to a third-party AI service.

We do not perform facial recognition, extract facial-geometry data, create biometric identifiers, or use an uploaded face to identify a person.

Obtain any permissions needed before submitting another person's likeness or personal information. Do not use the service for harmful impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, or other unlawful activity.

8. The 36-Hour Generation-Content Window

Prompts, uploaded input images, and generated images and videos are stored temporarily for the requested result, short-term creation history and re-use, and related support. They are automatically deleted from Zeliro-operated generation servers no later than 36 hours after creation.

Save outputs you want to keep before the availability window ends. Creation history and re-use depend on the content still being available. A subscription, purchase, or credit balance does not extend generation-content storage.

The 36-hour limit applies to this content on generation servers. Limited account, billing, purchase, refund, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, support, dispute, restricted backup, and legal records may follow separate retention periods where necessary. They are not used to train any AI model.

Active-system removal and expiry of a restricted backup can occur at different times. Material you independently provide in a support conversation follows the limited support-retention purposes in our Privacy Policy. Copies you export to your device or another service are controlled separately by you or that service.

9. Account Deletion and Data Requests

To delete your Zeliro account, open Personal Settings, choose account deletion, review the notice, and complete the confirmation steps. A confirmed request removes account personal information and associated content from active systems, subject to the limited lawful retention explained in our deletion policy.

If you cannot access the app or need help with a specific creation, email support@zeliro.org. Include the account or creation identifier if available and the approximate creation time. We may need limited verification; do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it through available controls or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing. Uninstalling the app does not itself delete the account, and account deletion does not automatically cancel a marketplace subscription or issue a refund.

10. Exporting and Sharing Your Creations

Review generated images or videos and the destination before exporting or publishing. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for the intended use. Confirm any rights or permissions needed to use the result.

A downloaded, shared, or published copy may remain after the generation-server copy or account is deleted. You must manage your local files and independently controlled backups; external recipients and services control their copies under their own policies.

11. Security, International Processing, and Rights

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to generation data according to operational need. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected privacy or security issue with only the details needed to investigate it.

The Privacy Policy explains international processing and your applicable rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object, withdraw consent, or appeal. We may verify requests to protect against unauthorized access or deletion and respond in accordance with applicable law.

We may update this notice when features, processing arrangements, or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. We provide additional notice or obtain consent where required before affected processing. Read this notice together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
