Account & Data Deletion

1. Delete Your Account in the App

Review the notice about your account, creations, and any associated paid access or balance before confirming. Signing out, offloading, or uninstalling the app is not the same as submitting an account deletion request.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by a marketplace or issue a refund. Manage renewal separately through the account that paid for it and review unresolved purchases before confirming account closure. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

• Open the Zeliro app
• Go to Personal Settings
• Choose the account deletion option
• Review the deletion notice and confirm the request
• Complete any verification step shown in the app

2. Data Generally Deleted

A confirmed deletion removes the account's personal information and associated content from active systems, subject to the limited lawful retention described below.

Prompts, input images, and generated images and videos are automatically deleted from Zeliro-operated generation servers no later than 36 hours after creation. Export results you wish to keep before their availability window ends or before deleting your account. This generation-server limit does not promise that every billing, support, or backup record is removed within 36 hours.

You must separately delete copies saved to your device, photo library, device or cloud backups, shared destinations, or external services. We cannot erase copies controlled only by you or an independent recipient.

• Profile data, account identifiers, and non-essential settings
• Prompts, uploaded input images, generated images and videos, projects, and associated creative history still held in active systems
• Authentication records no longer needed to operate or secure the Services

3. Data We May Retain

Retention is limited to the information and period necessary for the relevant purpose. Access to retained records is restricted; they are not used to train any AI model or restore ordinary activity for a deleted account. We explain an applicable exception where required by law.

Active-system deletion and the expiry of restricted backups or legally required records may occur at different times. Independent marketplaces and other providers control records in their own systems under their own policies.

• Limited billing, subscription, refund, tax, marketplace, accounting, security, abuse, support, dispute, backup, and legal compliance records where needed for those purposes
• Information needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights and safety

4. Support

If you cannot access Personal Settings or prefer to request help without the app, email support@zeliro.org with the subject “Zeliro account deletion.” Include the account email or identifier you use, if available, and enough information for us to locate the account. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or full card details.

We may ask for proportionate identity verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. We process verified requests within the period required by applicable law and explain any need for further information or permitted limitation. No fixed completion period is promised for every backup or lawfully retained record.

You may also request deletion of specific personal information or a support conversation without requesting full account closure. Identify the information and scope of the request so we can explain any effect on the service. Contact support if you need to appeal a privacy decision where that right applies.
